1. What size pets does the carrier suit?

Cats and small dogs up to 15 kg. The cabin measures 37 x 27 x 42 cm, so measure your pet and check that it can stand, turn around and lie down inside.

2. How do I switch between wheels and backpack?

Release the buckles that hold the bag to the wheeled base and lift the bag off. No tools are needed and your pet stays inside the whole time. Clip it back on to roll again.

3. Is the pull handle adjustable?

Yes. The telescopic handle adjusts between 47 and 91 cm, and the base runs on four wheels that swivel a full 360 degrees.

4. Will my pet get enough air and be able to see out?

There are mesh windows on several sides and a clear panel at the front so your pet can see you throughout the journey. A soft removable mat lines the base.

5. Can I take it on a plane, train or bus?

Always check the operator's own size and carrier requirements before you travel, as these differ between airlines and rail companies.
